Palamedes: Fraternity Management Platform
A multi-tenant Django platform for chapter operations, points, and dues β live in production.

Drawing on firsthand chapter-leadership experience, I built Palamedes, a centralized, multi-tenant platform for Greek-life administration. Organizations register chapters, onboard members with secure invite codes, and delegate tasks through a hierarchical permission system. It is deployed and serving real traffic.
Highlights
- In production: 50+ active users across organizations, with $10,000+ in member dues processed through Stripe.
- Role-based access control: a hierarchical system with 6 granular permission flags (e.g.
can_manage_finance) derived from elected roles; separate invite codes route Actives and New Members automatically. - Payments: bulk and individual billing with Stripe Checkout; webhooks with custom metadata update balances automatically.
- Points hub: sortable ledgers and approval workflows (approve / reject / counter-offer) with audited inline edits.
- Email verification: token-based account activation using Django's cryptographic signing.
- Stack: Django, PostgreSQL, AWS S3 (boto3, django-storages), Stripe, Render + Gunicorn + WhiteNoise.
